Keisha Brown, MD, FAPA is the Founder of WellMed Atlanta and a dual board-certified psychiatrist in both Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. With nearly 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Brown is known for helping high-performing children, teens, and adults reduce burnout and strengthen focus, resilience, and emotional well-being Dr. Brown earned her B.S. in Biology from Spelman College and her M.D. from the University of Louisville. She completed her Adult Psychiatry residency at the University of Maryland and her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, where she also served as Chief Resident. She was later granted Fellow status by the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA) in recognition of her dedication to the profession.
Alongside offering direct clinical care, Dr. Brown serves as an Attending Psychiatrist, providing leadership and support to her WellMed/Atlanta’s medical team. She also partners with various organizations through:
