COVID THERAPY GROUPS

COVID THERAPY GROUPS

Covid-19 continues to influence our lives on many different levels. Some of us lost a family member or close friend to Covid and some of us battled the infection ourselves. Its grasp on our world over the last 2 years significantly impacted career paths, school success, and even close relationships and marriages. For children, teens, and young adults, the isolation due to Covid changed the trajectory of important developmental stages of their lives. Some lost the chance to have the typical high school or college experience. Some went months without peer connections. Many were already struggling with depression and anxiety. Mental health issues were further aggravated by these life changes.
